Return & Refund Policy

Naathi Charami Gifts & Hampers (founded by Monalika Reddy) takes great care in curating every hamper. Because our products are perishable, personalized and/or hand-assembled, we follow a limited return policy:

Damaged on arrival: If your hamper arrives damaged, please share photographs and order details on WhatsApp (+91 93460 42323) or email within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected item(s) or issue a refund at our discretion.

Wrong product: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange pickup and dispatch the correct item.

Non-returnable items: Personalized hampers, edible items, perishables, and customized orders are non-returnable unless damaged.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
